Return & Exchange Policy

At orroshop.com, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy for all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for free within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you choose to exchange your item, we will process your exchange within 7 days of receiving your returned item. Please note that for exchanges initiated due to personal reasons, an additional fee of $9.9 USD for shipping will be charged.

If you decide to return your item for a refund, please send it to our designated warehouse within 30 days of receiving it. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please allow 7-15 working days for the refunded amount to reflect on your credit card, as the time may vary depending on your bank.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take a photo and notify us immediately. We will process your request within 3 working days and send you a replacement item free of charge.

Please note that we will not provide compensation or accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer themselves.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
